Nigerian Afropop heartthrob Fireboy DML has unveiled his much anticipated collaboration with iconic English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran on the remix of his mellifluous record ‘Peru‘.
Ed Sheeran delivered superfine verse on Fireboy’s hit record ‘Peru’ on the remix of the YBNL posterboy’s monster hit tune.
This comes after the big announcement two weeks ago, of a brewing remix between the two singers, fans were excited and looking forward to hearing the English superstar on an Afrobeats record.
Produced by ace beatmaker Shizzi, ‘Peru Remix‘ serves as the Fireboy DML‘s second output for the year, following the release of the previous version.
As to how got to he featured on the Nigerian monster hit, Ed Sheeran had earlier stated that a friend sent the original song to him, telling him that the YBNL star would love to have him on the remix. He further expressed his love for the record and stated that it has being in repeat ever since he heard it.
