Ghana’s biggest Hip-hop export, Sarkodie recently sat side by side with renowned British entertainment broadcaster Tim Westwood, to discuss his recently released body of work titled ‘No Pressure‘, his 7th studio album. The rapper stated that he tries not to allow pressure from the fans to weigh-in on him, in order to keep going strong and doing what he does best.

As the album name depicts ‘No Pressure‘, he further made it known that he lives by that school of thought, stating that in as much as he considers what the public wants to consume, he does not let that pressure dictate how he makes music. According to the rapper, he makes his music ‘on his own terms’.

The ;’Adonai’ hitmaker then went ahead to speak on the collaborations on the project, from within Africa and beyond. The album ‘No Pressure‘ boasts of 15 tracks with features from both local and international artistes. The project features Vic Mensa (United States), Giggs (United Kingdom), Wale (United States/ Nigeria), Cassper Nyovest (South Africa), Oxlade (Nigeria), Harmonize (Tanzania), Kwesi Arthur (Ghana), Darko Vibes (Ghana), MOG Music (Ghana), Medikal (Ghana), and Benerl (Ghana).

Sarkodie also speaks on the new generation of artists coming out of Ghana, as well as his recent appearance at the Ghana Party In The Park in London.
