Veteran and award winning Ghanaian hiphop/hiplife duo, R2bees, made up of two cousins, Faisal Hakeem(Omar Sterling) and Rashid Mugeez (Mugeez) have today unveiled their Fourth full length studio album “Back 2 Basics”.
The project “Back 2 Basics”, boats of 15 tracks and houses guest appearances from both Ghanaians and Nigerian music acts. Appearances on the new body of work includes Nigerian superstar and regular collaborator, Wizkid, Gyakie, Stonebwoy, Mr Eazi, Darkovibes, King Promise and Joeboy.
Produced by some of the most creative producers on the continent including Killbeatz, Guiltybeatz, DJ Afrolektra, Streetbeatz, and more, the project is a typical modern-day form of Africanized contemporary music. A nicely blended fusion of Afrobeats, Afro-pop, Rap, RnB and Dancehall. R2Bees are known for their consistent top-notch deliveries over the years.
