In anticipation of his sophomore album “Paradise Now” which is set to be released on the 30th of May, 2025, Obongjayar delights his fans with another lead single, “Jellyfish” off the much anticipated project. He released his debut album “Some Nights I Dream of Doors” 3 years ago and fans have been yearning for some new Obongjayar music and in few days, he will release his 15-track album.
“Jellyfish” is the first track on the 4-track EP for lead singles off his album and it sets the pace for the sonic direction of the project. Produced by “Kwes Darko“, “Jellyfish” has elements of the bouncy tunes Obongjayar is well known and revered for. You can tell that “Jellyfish” will be one of the fan favorites on the project and it will have them going at his already announced concerts across several cities.
Already anticipating the show of love for his project, Obongjayar has announced his tour dates which is currently limited to the EU & UK in the following cities – Brussels, Cologne, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Bristol, Leeds, London & Manchester. With over 4 million monthly listeners which is expected to increase in the long run once the project has been released, you can be certain that there will be amazing turnout for the Nigerian artistes who is known for his vocal control, crowd engagement and stage presence.
Lastly, Obongjayar has been intentional with his album rollout and this simply reflects his creativity and zeal for his craft. Other than announcing tour dates and cities, he has graced some magazine covers, released a series of merch for his album and organized DJ sets.
