London-based Nigerian singer Obongjayar has returned with come new and electrifying melodies, along with an outstanding visual delivery for his brand new record “Tinko Tinko(Don’t Play Me For a Fool)”
Obongjayar showcases his versatility on the new vibrant record, expressing his feelings towards a love interest of his, while also giving the said lady-interest an ultimatum of being together or letting him go, questioning if their love is just comfortability in disguise.
The record is a fusion of modern contemporary music elements merged with Africanized sounds, with the infusion of bongo drums and other Afro melodies
“Tinko Tinko” serves as a single off Obongjayar‘s forthcoming debut album Some Nights I Dream of Doors which scheduled for release on the 13th of May 2022.
