Jorja Smith comes through with a new hot delivery for her fans and global music listeners, the new single is titled, “Try Me”. This solo hit was produced by the duo, Dame Dame.
Since the release of her debut album, Lost & Found, dropped five years ago, Jorja Smith has kept herself busy working on EP, remixes, and other projects, working with artists like Brent Faiyaz, Burna Boy, Popcaan, and others. However, “Try Me” is Jorja Smith‘s first solo delivery since her EP, Be Right Back, in 2021.
“Try Me” is a song that has an outstanding combination of silky presence and jagged rhythm seeps back into a soulful twilight. This song nearly sounds like rock music with the bass and percussion, but the overall sound is more like radio-ready R&B with a glamorous Bond theme. Jorja Smith mentions that the new single “Try Me” is about “putting yourself out there, in front of a world that has many opinions, as it only ever used to be me really being my own critic.”
The new single, Try Me, also has a video Jorja Smith shared with it. The video was filmed in the suburbs of Marseille, France, and was directed by Amber Grace Johnson. See the video down below.
