Nigerian Afro-pop sensation and Banku Music poster boy Joeboy, follows up the success of his chart-topping hit record ‘Sip (Alcohol)’ with another potential hit labeled ‘Cubana.’
“She say she wants the banana, e dey make her go bananas,” the artist sings sensually in his latest hit, departing from the traditional love song. A nicely curated Afrobeats record with a lot of feel good vibrations.
As Joeboy prepares to embark on his first U.S. tour dates this spring, the record “Cubana” is meant to keep his fans and music lovers in the groove for the meantime. From April 27 (Miami Beach) to May 2 (Charlotte, NC), the singer will join Koffee on her The Gifted Tour, before heading out on his own for his headlining Young Legend Tour, which runs from May 4 (Philadelphia) through May 30. (Seattle).
The groovy new tune was produce by talented beatsmith and Joeboy’s regular collaborator Type A.
