Following the enormous success of his debut track, “Let Me Down,” South African hip-hop sensation FLVME is back with a follow-up, “Prayers Up.”
The release of “Let Me Down” propelled the South African rapper into a household name as he prepares for the 9 September release of his full-length project “Germander II“. From taking the top spot on a coveted South African hip hop chart on 5FM’s 5 Nights to a national press tour that included interviews on top local stations, features in all leading South African music publications as well as TV appearances.
The talented FLVME expresses that his faith, beliefs, and relationship with God are all exposed in the song “Prayers Up.” Further stating that he simply believes that it is only right to maintain a strong spiritual life given the state of the world today.
‘Prayers Up‘ serves as the second official single off FLVME‘s forthcoming EP “Germander II“, scheduled for release on September 9.
