The acclaimed, award-winning Nigerian disc jockey producer DJ Neptune has just released his brand-new song, “Grinding,” which features S1mba, a British musician who was born in Zimbabwe.
The Magicsticks-produced single ‘Grinding‘ is accompanied by a must-see, cinematic visual that was shot in Lagos and is inspired by DJ Neptune‘s own journey and struggle to become a living icon in Nigeria’s thriving international music scene.
DJ Neptune has proven his incredible talent and power over the years by assembling the biggest names on the continent to produce projects of the highest caliber. A heavyweight lineup of African superstars, including Mr Eazi, Omah Lay, Joeboy, Adekunle Gold, and others, were featured on DJ Neptune‘s critically acclaimed second album ‘Greatness 2.0‘, which was released last year.
With a more than ten-year career, DJ Neptune released his debut album Greatness: The Album in 2018. He drew on his vast network and years of experience as one of Nigeria’s top club DJs and radio personalities to create a star-studded compilation with contributions from artists like Burna Boy, Davido, Mr. Eazi, Kizz Daniel, and Olamide.
