Nigerian superstar, Burna Boy has just emerged winner of the Best International Act award at the just concluded BET Awards 2021.
Burna fought off competition from other top contenders including Headie One, Diamond Platnumz, Aya Nakamura, Wizkid, Emicida, Young T & Bugsey and Youssoupha.
This years edition of the popular award took place last night (June 27) in Los Angeles and it marks a 3rd win in a row for Burna Boy who won the award in 2019 & 2020.
Nigerian Singer, Tems was also nominated for the Best New International Act award but lost out to UK’s Bree Runway.
