British rapper Avelino has just released a new single titled “Vex” featuring grime veteran Ghetts and Backroad Gee. The track will feature on his upcoming album God Save The Streets.
Commenting on his latest release, Avelino says, “”Vex” embodies my suggestion that rap is the new punk. In a world where the punk movement is no longer the music of the streets, we’ve taken its place and this hard hitting collaboration with my brothers Ghetts & BackRoad was the perfect way of embodying that. It was a pleasure to have Glen Matlock from the Sex Pistols playing guitar at the end, and to have the legend approve of my vision.”
The album which will be executively produced by Wretch 32, is due for release on 14th April.
